Vibrating post driver : VIBRESCOPIC PRO VITI

The post driver on the VIBRESCOPIC PRO VITI tractor is the model for intensive trellising work in vineyards.
This vibrating post driver has been designed to adapt to the toughest soils thanks to a percussion hammer device with a power of 1500 strokes/min.
Wooden, metal, or fiberglass posts from 0.70 to 3.30 m can be driven in. The depth of penetration is adjustable with a dial to maximize the stability of the structure regardless of the soil type.
To ensure optimal driving quality, the tractor-mounted post driver has a load transfer frame and a robust duplex mast to increase the hammer’s performance.
The rotating system and the mast’s tilt, both inside and outside, avoid maneuvering with the tractor to achieve a proper adjustment of the posts.
The one-meter offset on the hammer head allows them to be driven in while respecting the surrounding vegetation.
The striking bell with a Ø of 150 mm is machined and concave to guide the post throughout the driving process without damaging it.
For total safety, the hammer can only operate when the striking bell contacts the post. All operations are controlled from the tractor’s driver’s seat or on the side of the machine.
As an option, Rabaud offers a quick slope compensator that automatically levels the mast.
