The ROTOSTAB 410 relects RABAUD’s know-how in soil stabilisation and recycling. Designed for tractors with 360 to 600 HP, it is aimed at construction professionals looking for powerful, robust and reliable equipment for medium and large-scale projects.Its large 1.50 m diameter rotor, mounted on a 770 mm tube, ensures excellent ground penetration and exceptional grinding quality, even in the heaviest soils. Thanks to its new less demanding power design, it guarantees low fuel consumption and steady progress on site.The rotor is driven by two 5-layer PREDATOR® belts with integrated fans for optimum cooling, ensuring reliability and durability. On the transmission side, oversized epicycloidal gearboxes provide optimum torque for deep mixing up to 50 cm, with 154 Ø 25 mm carbide spikes for maximum efficiency.The independent hydraulic side skids, made of CREUSABRO 8000 steel, allow precise depth control without manual pegging, with automatic levelling. The machine ‘glides’ over the ground, which relieves the tractor and improves overall performance.Another major innovation: RABAUD is the first manufacturer to integrate a water injection system on a towed stabiliser. A 12-jet ramp (30 m³/h) controlled by the forwarding speed allows accurate soil treatment and recycling of road surfaces.
