This post splitter has the particularity of being towed behind a low-power tractor, thanks to its two-wheeled axle and a towing arm for great maneuverability.
This towed hydraulic splitter offers a wide working range by allowing the splitting of posts up to 2.60 meters long or 3.20 meters with an optional table extension.
Its splitting wedge, easily removable with two bolts, slides along the IPE frame of the machine with the help of a hydraulic cylinder. Its sharp and flared shape first cuts the wood before cleanly splitting it without needing to complete its stroke for increased productivity.
