Discover our fence post pointing chain, specially designed to simplify and speed up the post pointing process used in fence construction. Equipped with innovative and high-performance features, this chain ensures maximum efficiency while ensuring safe handling of the posts.
The pointing chain is equipped with a BIFACE 185 pointer, featuring a powerful 7.5 kW electric drive, ensuring optimal performance during pointing. The post conveyor chain is motorized, with integrated diabolos for smooth and precise movement of the wood. The post is securely held in the pointer by two pneumatic clamps, providing a stable and secure fixation.
Innovation is evident through the integrated pneumatic rotation system in the clamp, allowing pointing on the two last sides of the post with a 90° rotation. An adjustable stopper offers the possibility to adjust the setback of the post according to the specific needs of your project.
The chain supports a wide range of posts, with a diameter ranging from 80 mm (minimum) to 185 mm (maximum) and a minimum length of 1,500 mm.

Main Features
- Fitted with a BIFACE 185 compressor with 7.5 kW electric drive.
- Motorised post conveyor chain with diabolos.

- Electrical board equipped with a PLC and motor starters for complete control of the chain.
- Automatic post-pointing rate, 200 posts per hour on average.
- Elevator deck with 7 or 12 cleats (electrical power 0.55 kW).
