Percussion post driver : VIBRESCOPIC 5 ROTATIF ELEVEUR

RABAUD is improving its range of percussion pile drivers with the VIBRESCOPIC 5 ELEVEUR, a more powerful, ergonomic machine suited to the most demanding terrain. This new tractor-mounted pile driver offers an exceptional impact frequency of 1,700 blows per minute. The result: faster, more powerful blows that guarantee effective driving of posts in all types of soil.
The mast is fitted with a pulling cylinder that exerts 1500 kg of pressure on the post, ensuring optimum hold. The robust, concave striking bell is designed to re-centre the post without damaging it. Integrated shock-absorbing cushions reduce noise and vibration, improving comfort of use.
To facilitate work in difficult terrain, the 190° rotation system with its ball-bearing crown reduces the risk of snagging and simplifies maintenance. A 125cc hydraulic motor delivers four times the torque of the previous model, ensuring smooth rotation even on steep inclines. What’s more, an anti-return device prevents the machine from tipping over or moving uncontrollably on slopes.
Finally, the 0.50 m offset (1.40 m from the tractor’s centreline) and 15° tilt mean that posts can be driven plumb, even over obstacles such as hedges or ditches. This new equipment combines power, safety and versatility to meet the needs of professionals.
