Adaptable to the front as well as the rear of tractors with 80 to 125 HP, the XYLOR T forest shredders are ideal for maintaining forest edges and rural spaces, for clearing or creating firebreak paths.
Their 360° mobile hammers allow for the shredding of large volumes of young shoots, brambles, and branches with a diameter of 15 cm over very wide areas.
Pushed by an optional fixed branch pusher, the vegetation is first grabbed by the rotor.
The hydraulic rear door then closes on the vegetation as soon as it enters the rotor, allowing optimal shredding. The residues are then refined by passing through 2 or 3 rows of counter-knives.
For more intensive work, a 540 rpm multiplier has been added to these models, providing the rotor with a higher rotation speed.
Designed to combine efficiency and robustness, these tractor-mounted mobile hammer vegetation shredders adapt to challenging terrains thanks to special geometry skids. Their chassis with interior reinforcements and front protection by double curtain chains allows for intensive and secure work!
