Forestry mulchers with fixed hammers for tractor

Adaptable to a tractor with 80 to 300 HP, the forest shredder XYLOR T is the essential equipment for intensive clearing work in a forest environment.
For an effective result, the operator approaches the forest chipper to the area to be shredded, leaving the hydraulic door open so that the rotor can grab the vegetation in place. A fixed or hydraulic branch pusher can be added to further constrain the plants or to fell small trees for better processing in the rotor.
The rotor is composed of fixed carbide hammers, extremely robust, which will deeply attack the vegetation, stumps, and bushes with a maximum diameter of 400 mm.
The operator can then close the rear door for optimal shredding and a better finish, thanks in particular to the two or three rows of counter-knives that will refine the shredded material.
Designed for intensive work, the rotor has oscillating bearings to limit vibrations for better working comfort and to prevent premature wear of your equipment.
This tractor-mounted forest shredder is equipped with a high-hardness frame, anti-wear skids, and protection by a double curtain of chains. It ensures quality work safely, even in the most challenging areas.
