The XYLOG 415 firewood processor meets the demanding needs of wood energy professionals. Equipped with a 1000 mm diameter carbide steel blade driven by 5 belts, the XYLOG 415 ensures efficient sawing of logs up to 410 mm in diameter. The cutting length is easily adjustable (150 to 330 mm), and the wood is held securely in place by a hydraulic clamp.The logs are then split by cross knives (X) with a power of 16 Tons, on a steel conveyor with adjustable speed, allowing the final section to be precisely adjusted (30 to 150 mm). It is also possible to produce kindling.The XYLOMETER® system (optional) automatically measures the volume of wood produced for controlled production management. Operator comfort is optimised thanks to a tirelessly rubber carpet, centralised controls and integrated lighting.With its many options (loading deck, exit conveyor, sawdust extractor, …), the XYLOG 415 adapts to all configurations.
