The radio-controlled high-pressure self-propelled washer LAVICOLE is the ideal equipment to reduce the labor intensity of cleaning poultry and livestock buildings while also decreasing water consumption.
Mounted on a tracked chassis, this hydrostatic-driven washing device works well on both concrete and manure-covered floors.
Connected to a high-pressure unit, the self-propelled cleaner has four washing devices for a complete and optimal cleaning of livestock buildings :
An adjustable ramp mounted on an articulated arm makes it easy to clean ceilings and walls up to 5 meters high. No need to reach with the lance at arm’s length, the livestock building washer allows access everywhere effortlessly! A cleaning tunnel also allows maneuvering around lifelines and feeders. A manual high-pressure lance allows for finishing touches. For more versatility, a foam cannon for applying detergent can be added optionally, as well as a floor washing ramp for heavily soiled floors.

Main Features

– Swiveling rail mounted on an articulated arm which can reach a 5 m height for the ceiling and walls cleaning.
– Clean-up tunnel for climbing protection systems and feeders.
– Manually operated high-pressure lance for the finishing.
– Foam gun (optional) to apply the detergent. - A high pressure pack stands outside. It includes a 1000 L buffer tank with a 140 bar output pressure and a 87 L/min. flow.
- Machine 100% processed in Galvanised or stainless steel parts.
- For a 1000 m² building, it takes about 3 hours washing, depending on the building’s structure and the required surface finish.
