Poultry houses cleaning machine: LAVICOLE
Self-propelled and radio-controlled cleaning machine designed for poultry houses, chicken coops…
Reduces arduousness: the operator stays dry and is not obliged to hold the watering spray gun at arm’s length.
Decreases water consumption.
Machine mounted on tracks, entirely radio controlled by the operator.
4 washing devices enable a complete quality washing of the building:
1 - A swiveling rail mounted on an articulated arm which can reach a 4500 mm height for the ceiling and walls' cleaning.
2 - A clean-up tunnel for climbing protection systems and feeders.
3 - Manualy operated high pressure lance for the finishing.
4 - Foam gun (optional) to apply the detergent.
A high pressure pack stands outside.
It includes a 1000 L buffer tank with a 140 bar output pressure and a 87 L/min. flow.
This pack has to be driven by a 540 rpm PTO or a diesel engine.
For a 1000 m² building, it takes about 3 hours washing, depending on the building's structure and the required surface finish.
