For a clean firewood free of bark splinters or chips, RABAUD offers the log screener XYLOCRIBLE.
Its rollers made up of square cams allow for better shaking of the wood, ensuring a high-quality screening.
Logs of large sizes and all types of wood, even dirty and damp, can be processed without the risk of clogging. Bark residues can be reused as fire starters.
The squares, with sections getting larger as they progress, gradually reduce the volume of wood on the conveyor for optimal cleaning at the end of the process.
This professional log cleaner comes in two models according to your production volume: 2 meters or 4 meters. For large productions, it is possible to add an optional moving-bottom buffer stocker. Once its 6 m³ are filled, it gradually discharges the wood onto the screener autonomously, ensuring high job site throughputs.
Ideal for firewood professionals, this log cleaning system offers an efficiency approaching 150 m³ per hour.
