Following in the footsteps of the XYLOG 520, the XYLOG 600 combined saw-splitter is the ideal tool for firewood professionals with substantial log production.Its cutting system, based on a chainsaw guide bar, cuts logs up to 600 mm in diameter cleanly, from bottom to top, to adapt to different diameters without losing productivity.This versatile firewood processor can be adapted to suit your worksite and your type of production. Available in fixed or mobile versions, you can adjust the cutting length to produce logs from 250 to 500 mm to meet all your requirements.For optimum efficiency, the sawing and splitting channels are separate, allowing these two operations to be carried out simultaneously. A 38-tonne thrust ram then pushes the wood onto an interchangeable splitting cross to split the log into 2, 4, 8 or 16 pieces, depending on requirements and the type of wood.The logs are then discharged onto a 4 or 8 metre conveyor, which can be fixed or swivelled, depending on the model, to feed the logs directly into a trailer.The XYLOG 600 has been optimised to guarantee intensive, high-quality work with high output. Reliable and versatile, it can be combined with an XYLOCRIBLE log sifter or an XYLOPACK palletiser for clean wood ready for delivery!

Main Features

Maximum cutting diameter 600 mm.

Cutting wood from the bottom up : saves time for small diameters.
Good grip on the wood during cutting : independent hydraulic double clamp to hold the log.
Possibility of cutting up to 3 or 4 logs in one way, depending on the diameter.
38-tonne hydraulic thrust cylinder with ISO POWER continuously variable automatic speed.
Hydraulic adjustment of the splitting wedge : in 2, 4, 8 or 16 splits. With XYLOMETER®, automatic positioning of the splitting wedge in accordance with the wood diameter.
Simultaneous sawing and splitting possible: the cutting area is independent of the splitting area.
Optional: hydraulic length stop to make two 25 cm cuts, then eject them into the splitting chamber and split the two pieces in one stroke.
Possibility of directly removing the pieces that are not to be split.
Available as a mobile version (540 rpm PTO or Diesel engine) or as a stationary machine (3-phase electric or Diesel engine drive).
Infeed chain deck : 2 m of 3 chains for the mobile version.
From 6 m on the stationary version.
