Small but powerful, the electric wood splitter in the LOISIR range comes in two models with a splitting capacity of 10 tons, and can split logs up to 60 cm high.
For optimal splitting, this wood splitter has a double manual speed for lowering the cylinder. This optimises the descent speed of the wedge and saves on splitting cycle time. As the wedge descends into the wood, the operator selects a fast speed to speed up the process. He will then select a slow speed as soon as the wedge touches the log, enabling the splitting to be carried out with greater power. The wedge is raised automatically to increase productivity.
For added safety, the electric wood splitter has a two-hand control that requires both hands of the operator to operate the lowering cylinder.
