Forestry mulching heads for 8-16 T excavators with 360° mobile hammers

Forestry shredders with 360° rotating hammers that can be fitted to excavators. Specially designed to mulch grass, bushes and branches up to 14 cm in diameter, these mulching heads can be fitted to excavators from 8 to 16 tonnes and offer excellent performance thanks to a helical rotor fitted with 360° rotating hammers and two lines of U-shaped counter-knives for optimum mulching.The hydraulic rear door with cylinder facilitates maintenance and unloading of shredded material, while the housing protects the hydraulic motor for increased durability. Lateral belt drive ensures constant power, while grease-free joints with self-lubricating bushes reduce maintenance requirements. The axial piston engine with two-position displacement and drainage ensures reliable performance.For safety, a curtain of chains at the front and a rubber flap at the rear prevent splashing. Wear-resistant steel pads and sheathed hydraulic hoses complete this robust, high-performance product.
