This ultra-compact post splitter will allow you to convert your logs into 2 or 4 posts effortlessly. Its unique telescopic frame design does not require the addition of an axle for transport.
The POLYCOMPACT post splitter allows for splitting logs to create fence posts while maintaining high mobility.
With a power of 15 or 18 tons depending on the drive mode, the horizontal post splitter on a tractor can effortlessly split logs into 2 or 4 posts!
This hydraulic wood splitter has the particularity of being equipped with a telescopic beam that rests directly on the ground, allowing the operator to work at a comfortable height and facilitate the installation of posts.
When folded, this beam makes the machine ultra-compact for transport, ensuring great mobility without adding an axle. In operation, it unfolds into 4 adjustable positions for 4 post lengths: 1.15 m / 1.50 m / 1.88 m or 2.25 m.
Its splitting wedge, easily removable with two bolts, slides along the chassis of the machine with the help of a hydraulic cylinder. Its sharp and flared shape first cuts the wood before cleanly splitting it without needing to complete its stroke for increased productivity.
