Tilting mast post driver : MÂT ÉLEVEUR

These post drivers hit with a 160 kg mass sliding on a vertical mast. Maximum striking power of 1618 joules/m. Ideal for flat, hilly or irregular fields.

The pile driver with a mass on the MAT ELEVEUR tractor can adapt to a variety of terrains, providing a robust solution for different environments.
The stake is driven by a 160 kg mass that falls under its weight along the mast, resulting in a striking force on the stake of 1618 joules/m.
Different movements of the pile driver are made from its chassis. It has a mechanical offset (hydraulic optional) of 1.80 meters from the tractor’s axis and an optional hydraulic tilt, allowing for leveling.
The MAT ELEVEUR pile driver offers the possibility to choose from a large number of options so that the user has a customized machine that perfectly meets their expectations.

160 kg hammer, grooved and concave, flat strike on the head of the post.
Tilt +/-15° (hydraulic as an option) to drive piles plumb regardless of levelling or to install inclined piles (reinforcement piles).
Hammer lowering secured thanks to the hammer being relied on the post-clamping system.
Side shift: mechanical and/or hydraulic (50 cm range), 1,80 m from the tractor axle.
Pile drivers: mechanical and/or hydraulic with rubber guides for excellent pile support during driving.
Compact machine with storage stands.
